With over 25 years of experience in technology commercialisation, licensing, and business development, Samuel has played a pivotal role in executing high-impact transactions. His expertise spans negotiating licensing deals and mergers & acquisitions, as well as forging transformational technology partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies, including Merck, GSK, Pharmacia (now part of Pfizer), and Abbott (now AbbVie). Additionally, he has been instrumental in establishing preclinical research programs, launching joint ventures, and fostering the development of startups and spinout companies that bring novel technologies to market.
